Ceramics
Luke has long been fascinated by ceramics and has been experimenting with the art form since 2016. His hand-painted pieces depict a variety of motifs: romantic characters from Luke's imagination; scenes from folklore and mythology; bold geometric patterns; architectural fragments and a multitude of flora and fauna.
Luke's stoneware and terracotta plates, platters, vases, urns and table lamps are individually thrown on a wheel or press moulded by a ceramic artist in Scotland, to designs by Luke.
Each piece is hand-painted by Luke before being glazed and fired.
Luke has exhibited his ceramics with galleries in London, Athens, Stockholm and the United States. For commissions, please get in touch.
